The program capabilities are:
1. Automation of interior project documentation publishing as electronic edition:
- creating/editing any kind of reports (walls/floors/ceilings finishing materials lists, costs calculations, rooms explications etc.) in any form of representation,
- saving all generated reports to any popular file format: AutoCAD (DXF), MS Office applications (XLS, RTF), web-page (HTML).
2. Complete information on each database element (finishing type, project, room, opening etc.). There is an ability to specify all necessary information, that is why each involved person (project manager, contractor, customer etc.) has a clear idea of an object represented by the element above.
3. Tools for fast data entering and for efficient data manipulation: - duplication of similar rooms,
- group operations (mark filtered rooms, duplicate marked rooms, delete marked rooms, change marked rooms properties).
All those capabilities allow achieving one of the main project realization process goal - control:
- investor may control customer,
- customer - contractor,
- contractor - subcontractor,
- subcontractor has complete information about real finishing material consumption and may control its workers.
